Terms and Conditions

This Contract is entered into by the Client with Scientific Aerial Imaging Inc. (dba “VINEVIEW”), which is a California registered corporation. A completed W-9 form will be provided upon request.
The minimum charge applied for each property will be 30 acres for each product.
The property map layouts and the imaging target dates must be reviewed and approved upon contract confirmation.
Changes made less than 7 calendar days prior to flight date may incur an additional fee of $250 per property.
VINEVIEW invests significant time and planning prior to the flight date. As such, cancellations less than two weeks prior to a scheduled flight date may incur a $200 fee per property.
Any requests for changes to property map layouts after image processing will be charged at a rate of $150 per hour. This will be an additional charge to the amounts agreed to in this Contract.
VINEVIEW retains copyright of all imaging products. The imaging products and related data may be used by the Client for crop management purposes only. Any other uses or distribution require written consent of VINEVIEW.
The flights will occur within one week of the confirmed flight date, weather permitting.
All imaging products will be delivered to the Client via the VINEVIEW online application. Access to the application will be provided to you by VINEVIEW support.

Payment Terms:

For Contracts under $3,000, a 100% invoice, due on net 30 terms, will be sent on either March 1st or on the date of execution of the contract.
VINEVIEW accepts credit card payments for Contracts under $3,000. All Contracts can be settled via bank transfer, wire transfer, or by check. Please see payment terms in the section below, and the banking on the front page of this document; banking details will be provided on the invoice provided by the finance department.
For Contracts over $3,000, a 50% invoice, due upon receipt, will be sent on February 1st or on the date of execution of the contract. The second 50% invoice, due on net 30, will be sent on the date of the last flight.

Multiyear Contracts:

Contracts made under the two year rate freeze offer will require a minimum acreage set in the initial year of the contract. Additional acres can be added to the Contract at the stated rate. No cancellation or acreage reductions will be allowed.
The Payment Terms will be applied per the Payment Terms section above for both contract years. 2025 fees will be due February 1, 2025, Payment for 2026 will be due March 31, 2026.
