Unpairing a Bluetooth Device

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open Settings:

Locate and tap the “Settings” app on your home screen.

2. Navigate to Bluetooth:

In the Settings menu, tap “Bluetooth”

3. Access Paired Devices:

Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. You will see a list of paired devices under the “My Devices” section.

4. Select the Device:

Find the Bluetooth device you want to forget/unpair in the list of paired devices.

5. Forget/Unpair the Device:

Tap the Info icon (i) next to the device name.
In the device information menu, tap “Forget This Device.”

6. Confirm the Action:

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap “Forget Device” to complete the process.

Android

1. Open Settings

Locate and tap the “Settings” app on your home screen or app drawer.

2. Navigate to Bluetooth:

In the Settings menu, tap “Connected devices” or “Bluetooth,” depending on your device.

3. Access Paired Devices:

If you’re not already in the Bluetooth menu, tap “Bluetooth” to see a list of paired devices.

4. Select the Device:

Find the Bluetooth device you want to forget/unpair in the list of paired devices.

5. Forget/Unpair the Device:

Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) next to the device name.
In the device settings menu, tap “Forget” or “Unpair.”

6. Confirm the Action:

A confirmation dialog may appear. Tap “OK” or “Confirm” to forget/unpair the device.

These steps should help you easily forget or unpair a Bluetooth device on both Android and iOS devices.
